Chairman Ca of Kiyokawa Toys is a Chinese toymaker, illustrator and graphic artist. After graduating from the Animation College of Communication University of China in 2006, Chairman Ca was engaged in illustration and manga creation. Since then, he’s devoted himself to independent culture-related research creation and promotion. 
In 2013, he started to explore the various possibilities of different types of art and materials, and use integrated materials to create artworks and art derivatives.
