Shocker developed the Bat Man or Human Bat monster. Bat Man possesses a sentient virus developed by Shocker in his fangs, capable of transforming individuals into vampire-fanged servants under his command. Until Kamen Rider 1 arrived to examine one of the "live test subjects" who had assaulted him, he used an apartment complex as a laboratory. Bat Man gets hurt in a struggle and enters a trance-like hypnosis with the individuals afflicted by his bites.
