Cap'n Rotnclaw by Craola. Edition of 600, stands 7" tall, and comes in original box. Greg "CRAOLA" Simkins was born in Torrance, California, in 1975. Simkins' work developed until he was 18 years old, when he began doing graffiti under the moniker "CRAOLA." His inspiration came from graffiti painting, which also gave him the courage to paint enormous pieces. Additionally, it improved his artistic abilities, which later translated into his work with acrylics, and taught him about perspective and color theory. Simkins worked as an artist for several apparel businesses and bands after earning his bachelor's degree in studio art from California State University, Long Beach, in 1999. Simkins began working as a full-time artist in 2005, pursuing his ambition to paint. Since then, he has participated in numerous group exhibits and had solo exhibitions that were completely sold out.
