Urokoruge Fish Scale Kaiju Sofubi from Barom-1 by Medicom

Clearly not a human body part, "Scales Ruge" resembles a large, faceless lump of fish scales with arms and legs and a bloody patch on top. The entire goal of Urokoruge is to contaminate the local water supply with contagious germs. Barom 1 punches Urokoruge off a cliff, and the unfortunate thing happens: Urokoruge falls to his death and explodes. Two years after the manga's initial publication, Takao Saito's Chojin Barom One, also known as Superhuman Barom 1, was made into a live-action film. The two protagonists are Hiroyuki Takano as Gentaro Shiratori and Hiroki Izuka as Takeshi Kido.
